Sarah and Michael’s Elegant Wedding at the Southern Vermont Arts Center in Manchester, Vermont

Hosting a Vermont wedding in late October can be a gamble- but Sarah and Michael won the lottery with a brilliant day full of my favorite late-fall light. Their wedding at the new-to-me Southern Vermont Arts Center was a way to show off the magic of Vermont to their friends and family while celebrating their unique love for each other. Two talented, witty, and driven people, Sarah and Michael were so much fun to photograph from the first moments of their getting ready to their reception- complete with a champagne tower and a late night look + hairstyle!

After getting ready at the Equinox Resort, Sarah and Michael headed to the SVAC for their first look in a quiet corner of one of the sculpture gardens before one of my favorite parts of their day- documenting the Ketubah Signing with many of their families present in one of the unique indoor galleries. Another favorite moment was sneaking away with Sarah, her friends, and her talented buddy and hairstylist Xavier Valasquez, who gave Sarah a new updo after she changed into her late-night look.
