Kory and Collin’s Artistic Fall Wedding at the Marble House Project in Dorset, Vermont

Big thanks to my friend and talented photographer John Tully, who worked with me for Kory and Collin’s wedding

Kory and Collin met while they were both students at Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD) and for the past ten years have been each other’s foundation and artistic inspiration. While they’ve lived all over the country and made homes (and friends!) for themselves wherever they landed, they’ve settled down in Southern Vermont, and wanted to honor their past, present, and future in a thoughtful and beautiful way.

Kory and Collin chose to host their wedding at the Marble House Project, an artist residency and working farm set on the site of a marble quarry and historic estate, where Collin had previously interned. What a treat it was to explore the property with Kory and Collin before their ceremony, where we found stunning spots in the quarry, at the old cabin, and throughout the estate itself.

I loved the deeply meaningful choices Kory and Collin curated for their day, especially the pottery which Kory, a talented multidisciplinary artist, made herself, and the disco and funk music they featured, which was in honor of her father, who passed away earlier this year, who had been a disco club owner and music lover.
